I put in a request for a headset I purchased 9 months ago and they closed my ticket stating that my product is out of warranty and they don't have out of warranty services I sent in a warranty request on 2/13, sent proof of purchase 2/14, received a shipping label and sent it out 2/15, asked for an update and it's been radio silence since 2/21.
